 Why I Am Doing This:
Due to my own personal experiences and all of the atrocities against children I have witnessed over 40 plus years, I feel I must take a stand for the children in my community as well as the community at large.
I believe children should be protected from actions that will tear them down as human beings. I also believe the world is in need of a Childrens' Bill of Rights that spells out laws to protect them.
I am a proponent for the death penalty and/or removal of the eyes for anyone that rapes or murders a child!!!

NRS 201~Crimes Against Public Decency & Good Morals.
This page contains information about the petition I started in June, 2009 to get indecent advertising banned from the street level. I had to put off completing this goal due to illness and finances, but I am back and will be tackling this issue again in the very near future (please check back for updates). |

Phone call received from Governor Jim Gibbons (R-NV):
06/19/09:
I received a call from Governor Jim Gibbon's Office at 10:15 am PST and was told, "There is nothing we can do about it because they are not breaking any laws...the parts that need to be covered are covered and protected by the first amendment." However, the very kind and empathetic person I spoke with said they agree with my cause and wished me good luck in achieving my goal!

07/08/09: I spoke with Mr. Terry Shae at the Washoe County District Attorney's Office and he told me, "I do not think this will be successful because of the federal courts, the first amendment and the issue of obsenity." He did, however, provide some other avenues to pursue! I/we really appreciate your time, consideration and suggestions! I, however, told Mr. Shae that I intend to take this issue as far as I possibly can with the help and support of the community because OUR CHILDREN need to be protected. | |

Advertising to the public includes CHILDREN and the public has no control over viewing billboard advertisements!!!
Please, IF you support the innocence of children, write letters to Bob Cashell (Mayor of Reno), Geno Martini (Mayor of Sparks), Nevada Politicians, the news papers, television stations, Terrible's Gaming, Inc., ANYONE that will listen and let them know that this kind of Street Level Advertising is INAPPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN AND NEEDS TO BE BANNED!!!!!
