This guy is incompetent and aggressive! He was rough and he threw my coat in my spouses face! He should be disbarred due to his aggression!
Bruce Crawford, M.D. [Women's Wellness Center of Reno, NV]: ~0*~
This guy doesn't know anything, I don't know who allowed him to be a doctor, and he has no idea how to deal with women! I was in such severe pain that he would not perform a physical examination and proceeded to offer me a chocolate bar...are you kidding me?! This guy should be disbarred!

This guy is a total incompetent that will meet with karma one day and I hope I am around to see it! He kicked me from an ER with a failing liver, he never told me I had a cyst on my ovary and fatty liver, he has no compassion or empathy, and he actually expects to be paid! I think we should use Dick Cheney's torture techniques on this sick bastard! I will be doing everything I legally can to take this guy down!

This guy is nice to your face but he is useless! He isn't quite incometent, but he definitely lacks the ability to deliver any kind of quality health care! He mishandled my workers' comp claim, I filed a complaint with the Division of Industrial Relations Workers' Compensation Section and he and his office were found to be in violation. That is when the office was sold to St. Mary's and they no longer handle workers' comp!

This guy seemed nice, compassionate, knowledgeable and capable, but there are things I have recently found out that would lead me to suspect whether or not he is honest.
I was just recently told I am stitched up with sternotomy wires which are generally placed following open heart surgery. The only open chest surgery, of any kind, that I have had was the Thoracic Outlet surgeries so how did the wires get there? Who put them there? He did place titanium bleeder clips (arterial clips) but that is all they told me was there! He also wasn't very compassionate when I told him I was continuing to experience pain and weakness.

This doctor is a joke! She billed herself as a diagnostic specialist and turned out to be as incompetent at Bruce Crawford, M.D.! I ended having to diagnose myself via Internet litterature!

This doctor means well but doesn't have the experience nor the authority to do any good. His office staff should all be put in jail! They break the HIPAA law at liberty and the staff wants to fight with everyone!

This man is a total incompetent! I will just begin and end with the fact that he despises anyone who believes Fibromyalgia is real. However, he is more than ready to offer up very expensive treatments for things he doesn't even believe you have! He has a very obvious 'ceasar complex'!

He is knowledgeable and seems to have compassion but he is limited in his scope of treatment.

She just wants your money and has absolutely no concern for your health! She does not stand behind her diagnoses!
Andrea Tatro, M.D. [Silver State Spine Care in Sparks, NV]: ~0*~
She gets vindictive if you do not prefer her form of treatment (she ended my workers' comp treatments and declared I was completely without symptoms from my work related injury because I didn't want 9 lidocaine shots in my neck and left shoulder)! Due to this doctor's actions, my left arm/hand continues to suffer from the work related symptoms (no treatment and no use = atrophy), I have been told I will have to pay out of pocket to prove there is a problem and that it is related to the original work rlated injury, and that I have to prove, with a perponderance of evidence, that I am entitled to treatment and missed TTD payments (I have been fighting this for over 15 months)! This person is detrimental to every person out there and should be disbarred!

ARC Physicians [Now ARC St. Mary's in Reno, NV]: ~1~
This place was okay as a clinic but Dr. Farrimond and the other physicians demonstrated a severe deficit with regards to knowledge and application! Dr. Farrimond does not treat chest pain nor does he care to hear about it. He was our primary care physician.

El Camino Hospital [Mountain View, CA]: ~5~
The best hospital I have ever been in! The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable and include the patients in every step of their tests and treatments. The staff is not afraid to tell you that they don't know something and back it up with trying to find an answer. This hospital has state-of-the-art equipment which enables them to provide the best possibility for a proper dianosis. Despite this being a private for-profit hospital, they have never demonstrated the need for money over providing care!
Northern Nevada Medical Center [Sparks, NV]: ~0~
These people don't know what they are doing. I don't think they know anything more than bandaides and stitches and charging 3 times the price...look it up! I wouldn't let these people help my dog!
Renown [Formerly Washoe Medical Center in Reno, NV]: ~1~
These people are just downright scary!!! I don't even know where to begin. The nurses do not read medical charts, the doctors don't know anything, they run lots of tests but find nothing, they are concerned with the money at all times [a violation of EMTALA law], they give people medications without knowing whether or not it is their medication, and so much more!
St. Mary's [Reno, NV]: ~2~
These people were nice enough to our son but I despise the religious atmosphere! They were not nice to us as the parents. This hospital is rated the highest in our area but they rate very low nationally. We know people they have maimed!

Specialty Risk Services: ~0~
Workers' comp insurance administrators. They do not communicate with the covered employee, they lie to you, and some of the representatives, including the supervisor, are aggressive and rude. This company failed to maintain timely TTD (total temporary disability payments) so I filed a complaint and got them fined by the Division of Industrial Relations Workers' Compensation Section State of Nevada for being in violation! I am still fighting with these people for benefits I have been and continue to be eligible for (Nevada's Workers' Compensation System Is Criminal at Best! I will be updating this information as it becomes available.)

Copy of an e-mail I sent to Congressman Dean Heller (R-NV), Senator Harry Reid (D-NV), and the White House 03/22/10 about the issue mentioned above:
First, I would like to say thank you again for contacting DETR on my behalf.
However, I have been given a medical release form for my last treating physician (this was under workers' comp)to fill out and return. I took that form into the doctor's office on Friday, March 19, 2010, gave the form to the receptionist and she said she would give it to Dr. Tatro to fill out. She also took my phone number in case there were any questions or any problems. Well, before I could even make it home, the doctor's office had called which meant there was a problem (I knew there would be).
I called the doctor's office this morning to find out what was going on and I was told that the doctor said she would NOT fill out the form. She claims she is not the doctor who should fill out the form. However, she was my last treating physician and she was the one who kicked me from workers' comp so unemployment says she is the one who should be filling out the form.
I called unemployment to find out what to do, an apology was given for all I have been through (longer story that involves the 4 hours I spent in the field office with pay stubs, etc.), and I was told to fax the form with an explaination that the doctor refuses to fill out the form (keep in mind that this specific form can keep me from ever getting unemployment if it is not filled out as they can place a stop on my account).
My husband is about to lose his unemployment, it appears he will stop receiving any money as of April 5, 2010 per President Obama's EUC tier program, and that will leave us with absolutely NO Income!
This doctor has committed fraud against me one too many times, and now it is my turn to go after her (in every legal manner there is and some social impacts I can inflict as well). I have an Alert on my website's home page letting people know who to watch out for and why! She has destroyed my family's life by going after me and I am Not going to sit still for this!
Unbelievable...A Doctor has destroyed my life and my family's lives and there does not seem to be any legal recourse(the system is far too corrupt)!
I don't want anymore apologies...I want my life back!
